Sustainable design
Through Cavello’s environmental expertise we advise and support local authorities, developers, government bodies/agencies and landowners on their long-term sustainable land management strategies and development plans.
Our goal is to promote a better living balance between the urban and natural environments where both nature and human activity flourish. Making sure that the two key elements for human living work harmoniously together creates ‘Great places to live’ and allows communities to thrive.
From a material perspective, we design and install green, brown, blue and bio-solar roof systems to create natural habitats for biodiversity, diverse eco systems, better water attenuation, management and power generation. We aim to utilise roofscapes as a means of bringing communities together through the optimal use of roof podiums and gardens.
