Strong value driven leadership nurtures a culture that naturally promotes inclusion, collaboration, innovation, growth and positive change.
Building an inclusive culture at Cavello Group enables us to attract a more diverse workforce and harness the power that comes from it. We know that a diverse workforce also gives us a competitive edge – strengthening relationships, improving collaboration and bringing an array of different backgrounds, experiences, thought processes and opinions to spark creativity and innovation.

Investing in training and development
To support the development of our employees, Cavello Group invests heavily in training and development to promote new talent, good succession planning and ensure individuals reach their full potential.
Training the Next Generation
Through Langley Training Services (LTS), a registered Training Provider and one of the Group’s subsidiaries, we’re able to support not only our own employees and their development, but the construction industry as a whole. This is especially relevant to our contractor partners, as it helps young apprentices learn and apply much needed new construction skills.
With the relentless push toward net zero and the increasing need to adopt new technologies and promote sustainable products and designs, upskilling is essential. This relates to the existing workforce as well as encouraging the next generation into key sectors. Having the skills required to make a meaningful difference in the future is imperative and a responsibility that Cavello takes very seriously.
Since its launch, LTS has delivered over two hundred apprenticeship training programmes and NVQs in supporting the contractor network, as well as increasing diversity within the roofing sector.
Social Value Commitment
As a supporter of Social Value UK, Cavello regularly promotes volunteer events for employees to support the local communities where we live and work. We actively partner with and support many local, not for profit organisations. Every year our employees support local charities taking a lead role in projects, such as delivering Christmas dinners to the elderly, as well as cleaning up overgrown gardens and parks.
We also offer additional volunteer time-off to employees and make donations to eligible non-profit organisations where employees have demonstrated a personal commitment, either through volunteering or fundraising activities.
